History of the Afro-Entrepreneurs Fund

Created in 2008, the Afro-Entrepreneurs Fund is a non-profit organization led mainly by entrepreneurs from black communities. The Afro-Entrepreneurs Fund is one of the only organizations in Canada with expertise in business financing and support dedicated exclusively to black-owned businesses.

Why a fund dedicated to black entrepreneurs in Quebec?

Access to finance is a key value for Filaction. Through our personalized approach and flexible financing tools, our goal is to encourage black entrepreneurs in Quebec to play an active role in Quebec’s economy.
